I started baking as a teenager, and I have never been able to stop, even when I did not have an oven. It's a bug I just can't get rid of.
Since I have baked, decorated and eaten the cakes, I might as well talk about, write about and teach about baking. This is my outlet for all things baking. At least my waistline is happy for the chance to quit being the main recipient of what I conjure up in the kitchen.
